The tables to be completed during mobility (Abis and Bbis tables) should only be used when changes need to be made to the initial mobility programme. These tables and the section before mobility (Tables A and B) should always be kept together in all communications. The Bbis table should only be used if the changes described in the Abis table affect the group of educational components of the student`s qualification (Table B) that are exchanged in the sending institution after successful completion of studies abroad. Additional rows and columns can be added to the Abis and Bbis tables if necessary. The apprenticeship contract must include all the educational components to be carried out by the student in the host institution (in Table A) and it must also include the group of educational components that will be replaced in his diploma by the sending institution (in Table B) after successful completion of the studies abroad. It is necessary to fill in tables A and B before mobility. Additional rows can be added to Tables A and B as required. Additional columns can be added, for example .B. to indicate the level of the educational component`s curriculum. The presentation of this document can also be adapted by the institutions to their specific needs. However, the two tables A and B must in any event be separated, i.e. they cannot be merged. The aim is to clarify that there must be no individual correspondence (either in terms of content or performance) between courses taken abroad and courses replaced at sending universities.

Rather, the objective is for a group of learning outcomes obtained abroad to replace a group of learning outcomes in the sending institution without individual correspondence between specific modules or courses. In all cases, the student reports on the EU online survey on the full recognition of his or her achievements abroad by the sending institution on the basis of what has been agreed in Table B (or Table B up to and including changes during the mobility) and any annexes thereto. Other reasons for a change may be the request to extend the duration of the mobility program abroad. Such an application may be submitted by the student at least one month before the scheduled end date. Example of justification for non-recognition: The student has already accumulated the number of credits required for his diploma and does not need a portion of the credits acquired abroad. A recommended level in the main language of instruction has been agreed between the sending and receiving institutions in their interinstitutional agreement. The sending university is responsible for supporting its nominated candidates so that they can have the recommended language skills at the beginning of the study period. The transcript of the host institution shall contain at least the minimum information required in this model apprenticeship contract. However, the introduction of changes may be inevitable, for example due to scheduling conflicts. These changes to the mobility programme should be approved by all parties within four to seven weeks (after the start of each semester). Each party may request changes within the first two to five weeks following the start of regular courses/educational components for a given semester. The exact deadline must be set by the institutions. The shorter the expected mobility period, the shorter the window for change should be. All such amendments must be accepted by all three parties within two weeks of the request. In the event of changes due to an extension of the duration of the mobility period, changes should also be made as soon as possible. Since recognition of a group of components is granted and does not necessarily have to be based on an individual correspondence between the individual educational components, the home institution must provide what provisions will apply if the student does not successfully complete some of the educational components of his or her study abroad program. A web link to these conditions must be included in the apprenticeship contract.
